Happy New Year's Eve!

I am so looking forward to a wonderful, joyous, prosperous new year, filled with love, laughter, light, and hope! :-)

We had a wonderful Christmas with our eldest son and his girlfriend visiting from Portland. They spent 4 days with us, and we went out to a nice dinner, and saw the new Sherlock Holmes movie... visited, laughed, watched T.V., ate way too much, opened gifts, and had a fantastic visit. I only wish our youngest son could have joined us as well, but he had to work the day before and the day after Christmas, so the trip to Bend would have been too far for just the day. I understand; I just miss him! But at least one of our boys, and his girlfriend (whom we absolutely adore), were here with us.

The kids headed back over the mountains on Tuesday, and I've been working hard ever since, listing a bunch of new items on Hannah's PinKeep, as well as doing some site clean-up and reorganizing. I've added optional links for viewing all the patterns grouped both by the designers and by seasons/holidays. I think this will be a well-received addition; especially with the huge number of patterns we're up to now! And, I still have several boxes stacked next to my computer, just waiting for the contents to be sorted and listed as well. Looks like I'll be adding more new goodies every day for quite awhile yet! What a great way to ring in the new year. :-)

The Gentle Art flosses have arrived! And, let's talk wholesale!

First, the flosses: These are the entire collection of The Gentle Art Flosses from The Sampler Collection and The Shaker Collection. And they are sooooo beautiful!

I've only worked with these yummy flosses for one project so far, but I am head-over-heels crazy about them. Just look at these fabulous hand-dyed colors! And with color names like "Pumpkin Patch," "Fisherman's Wharf," "Old Red Paint," "Black Crow," "Weathered Barn," and "Portabella," well, I'm just going to have to make a goal of designing enough patterns to make use of every single one of them.

New patterns, and our first official "Kit" option!

We got in a couple more adorable, brand-new patterns from Penny Lane Primitives the other day, and the one in particular is so darned cute, we just had to offer it in a "kit" option! Problem is, I didn't anticipate the HUGE response we got! Long story short, we're filling those orders as quickly as we can, in the order in which they were received... and, I've ordered more of the wool felt colors, so we should be able to finish sending out those ordered kits within another 1 - 2 weeks when the next wool-felt shipment arrives here. And, we ordered what should hopefully be plenty extra, to fill quite a few more orders for this adorable kit. So feel free to submit your orders, and we'll send out these kits just as soon as we are able. :-)

In other news: Unfortunately, the company I had ordered muslin and Osnaburg through... well, suffice it to say, it didn't turn out well. I waited (and repeatedly tried contacting them) for almost 2 weeks before finding out that they didn't have the Osnaburg in stock and wouldn't for over an additional full month! So I'm going to be ordering the same two products from another company soon. Just waiting until we can meet their minimum for that initial wholesale purchase, and we'll get the muslins ordered. Sorry for any inconvenience! We hope to have them available well before this new month ends.
